Returns Policy
WHAT can be returned:
Generally speaking, most of our products are returnable, provided they are still as-new (un-worn, in the case of clothing items), with original tags and product packaging.
Return Period:
Our standard returns period is 30 days from date of purchase, however we understand that with gifts sometimes a little longer may be required - e.g. 'Mary's Birthday is 3 weeks after your order was placed, and you need a week or two to return the gift and select something else for her'.
RETURN ADDRESS:
Items need to be returned to our store address, listed on our CONTACT page.
HOW to Return Items:
Please CONTACT US to make arrangements before returning items.
We'll need your contact details and at least your order reference, and can only process any refund due via the payment method and/or credit card used for the original purchase on that order. In most cases, however, store-credit will be issued less any applicable restocking fee. Please note, restocking fees generally only apply for items provided by special order. Normal stock items will receive store credit to the full amount paid.
SHIPPING for returns.
In most cases, shipping for returns TO US is covered by the customer, (e.g. when you change your mind or an item isn't required as first thought), however if an item is faulty or defective, we will usually cover the return shipping charges as well as shipping charges for providing a replacement item. Instances of this situation are rare, however as we check all goods as best possible prior to dispatch.
CREDIT for returns.
In cases where an item has either been ordered incorrectly, we will either provide full store credit for the price paid for the item, or a direct exchange (e.g. when a difference size or colour of the same item is required). If an item is defective for some reason, we will of course exchange it at our cost, including shipping the item back to you.
Instore returns.
If it should be more convenient for you to make a return in-store, we are happy to handle this for you at our business location(s) on our CONTACT page.
Please note - prior communication to make arrangements for the return are required so we can ensure the right product, store credit arrangements and contact person are available to assist you.
Packing materials.
Original product packaging is generally required for most returns, however may not be needed in select circumstances. All clothing item returns including shoes need to be returned with all tags and stickers, etc as supplied. Original packaging for shipping may not always be re-usable for returns, however we recommend you do keep your original delivery packaging a few days in case a return is required (it will make it easier for you, especially).
